Niels Nielsen

(1899-1968). Evangelist and treasurer. He was born in Copenhagen and began his ministry as an evangelist in Denmark in 1918. Following this he served for five years as secretary-treasurer of the Danish Conference. In 1925 he and his wife answered a call to India, where he served as treasurer for the Oriental Watchman Publishing House for two years. This was followed by a five-year term as secretary-treasurer of the South India Union Mission. After a short time in his homeland he became secretary-treasurer of the Ethiopian Mission for 14 years. This was followed by a number of years of service in West Africa.
